The hotel opened its doors last April, following the footsteps of prestigious older sister, 137 Pillars House in Chiang Maithis 34-suite boutique hotel, located a few steps away from the EM District in the heart of Bangkok, is sure to become a hotspot for celebrities and high profile elite.

When you think about a city such Bangkok, an immense cosmopolitan metropolis and the cultural and commercial centre of Thailand, it is hard to imagine a place where you can find a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, such as that offered by 137 Pillars House. Here, you’re able to disconnect from your busy daily routine, and at the same time, you’re also close to the shopping centre where there is plenty of action. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle – an old London cab named Louis which is worth a ride!

The 20-meter long infinity pool on the rooftop is without a doubt one of the trademarks of this boutique heaven: the pool has no visual barriers, leaving you with the sensation that you’re floating above the city while you swim!

Exclusive to the 34 suites, the pool located on the 28th floor will give you a spectacular view – it’s the best place to relax at sunset waiting for the city lights to slowly come alive. The second pool on the 27th floor is also open to the building tenants, and it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a early swim at sunrise.

The Hotel features very spacious suites divided into four categories, located between the 24th to the 32nd floor. When we arrived, we were given the Ayutthaya suite, and we couldn’t help but dash onto our balcony to relish the last warm sun rays before getting ready for a reinvigorating bath in our enormous round tub and a massage in the Nitra spa. The spa features three massage rooms, where you can enjoy a full range of face and body care treatments.

Dark woods, marble and gold are the protagonists of the hotel’s sophisticated interiors, showcasing a contemporary elegance with an Asian touch, made by P49 Design studio. The suite boasts high ceilings, large walk-in closets and marble ensuite bathrooms with astonishing views of the Bangkok skyline. Each suite has a bar and 24-hour butler service, available at any moment by a special mobile phone in the room.

A complete buffet will be served for breakfast in the exclusive Leonowens Club, where you also can have a menu a la carte with some extraordinary unique dishes.

The quiet and romantic Nimitr Restaurant will offer you a high class culinary experience, featuring a avant garde oriental gastronomy by Chef Nanang Prasetya Aditama, while the more informal Bangkok Trading Post at the ground level attracts a wider crowd. Be sure not to miss pre or after dinner drinks at Jack Bain’s bar, located on level 28, dedicated to the colonial gentleman from 137 Pillars House in Chiang Mai.

Everything about this place will make you feel at home – hotel services are taken to new heights, and are an indisputable highlight of this hotel. The smiles and the energy of the staff will set the tone of your stay, creating a positive vibe that will make you want to return.

Though the hotel may be new to Bangkok, it is without a doubt on its way to be one of the city’s best establishments!
