Although not related by blood, the subjects in my series “Brothers” are bonded by age and shared experiences. The project focuses on my younger brother and his group of high school friends while they enjoy their time together before graduating.
The subjects live in the state of Ohio, which is mostly known for it’s inconsistent weather, cornfields, and the Ohio State University. This ongoing series document the group’s last moments of youth before growing up, showing the sometimes-awkward transition from boyhood to manhood while also displaying what Ohio and the Midwest have to offer.
