The English firm Cohda has developed a new lighting system, called Crypsis Lighting. It is an interactive, low-voltage and completely transparent unit, that provides with high-intensity light spots.
The most innovative part of this new object is that the user can take the LED light, move and reposition it, wirelessly, at any point of the glass panel of which the Crypsis Lighting system is made of. In fact, it does not use any type of battery or wiring, then allows a new freedom of enlightenment.
The system exploits the ability of low voltage of the LED lighting system, breaking most of the constraints and opening up to new possibilities for the LED technology, for the illumination of the interior spaces both for the private and public areas. The light intensity is fully adjustable and the unit can be positioned individually or grouped together. They work, also, whether the plan is in place horizontally and vertically.
The Crypsis Lighting system is manufactured in different sizes and you can combine a large number of light sources, of which you can control the spread, the optical effects and movement. Cohda presented the project in November 2013 and in a few months it has already been defined as the ‘new evolution in the field of LED lighting’.
