In March I went to Bangkok again for the third time and once again I was fascinated by the thousands of motorcycles and scooters that zoom around in the scorching heat and suffocating fumes. Not one person is the same and their machines are part of their lives and bodies. I think some of the guys even sleep on them. A lot of them wear masks to protect them from the fumes but to me, they look like one big motor gang ready to do some crime. I tried to capture these extravagant personalities on the streets of Bangkok with my camera and I created my own fictitious Thai motor gang with twist. This is … The Bangkok Motorcycle Club.
