Julian R Black is the pseudonym of Julian Reffo, a 22 year-old artist and
communication design student at IUAV University of Venice (Italy).
He started from abstract visual representations by his many handmade illustrations, then he has begun to appreciate more the
world of graphic design and photography, which has become his most big passion.
In fact, now he works as a illustrator, portrait photographer and graphic designer.
He collaborated with some magazines, exhibition spaces, brand and then with a multidisciplinary design studio.
Project:
In this project I immortalized girls in a certain landscape and some situations that inspired me for the way of being.
The expression is one of the hardest things to control. In these shots I wanted to represent the purity and the sensuality
that can be transmitted with few gestures or movements.
